Our unique mentorship program provides members guidance from upperclassmen and alumni as they plan their academic and professional career. Split into different sections based on a student’s academic year, this program will put members in touch with another student, faculty member, or distinguished alumni. Allowing a simple way to ask questions, develop relationships and plan their future goals.
ESA members who are Juniors or Seniors can also apply to become a mentor to an underclassmen, who will be assigned to them based on each of their interests and experiences. This provides an excellent leadership opportunity to add onto resumes.
Forms to join the mentorship program as either a student mentor, or mentee; will open on September 13th. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Mentorship Chair, Natalie Boudos at firstname.lastname@example.org.
